InmaEvent lets you capture and manage event contacts. It is provided free of charge and may change, pause or end at any time.

Some features — such as the card photo reader — only work if you supply your own AI provider key. Any cost charged by that provider is yours.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for everything done through your account.

One person or organisation per account. Do not attempt to access another account's data.

You own the contact records you create, and you are solely responsible for them.

You confirm that you have the right and, where required, the consent of the individuals whose details you record, and that you will handle those details in line with the data-protection law that applies to you.

Do not use InmaEvent for unsolicited marketing, harvesting contacts without consent, unlawful content, or anything that damages or overloads the service.

We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms.

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that automated card reading will be accurate.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using InmaEvent and request deletion of your account and data at any time.
