Privacy Policy
InmaEvent is a free tool for capturing event contacts. This policy explains what we hold, why we hold it, and how you can remove it.

What we collect
Account details: the email address you sign up with, and — if you sign in with Google — the basic profile information Google returns (email and account identifier).
Contacts you capture: the names, emails, phone numbers, companies, job titles, event names and notes you enter or import into your account.
An optional AI key: if you choose to enable the card photo reader, the API key you paste is stored against your account so the feature can run.
How we use it
To show you your own contacts, let you search and export them, and to keep you signed in.
To run the features you trigger: reading a business card photo, scanning a card code, or exporting a spreadsheet.
We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Your contacts are private to you
Every record is tied to the account that created it. Database-level access rules prevent one account from reading another account's records.
You are responsible for the contact details you enter and for having the consent of the people whose details you record.
Card photos
When you read a business card photo, the image is sent to the AI provider whose key you supplied, only for that single read. The photo is never stored by InmaEvent.
Your use of that provider is governed by their own terms and privacy policy.
Storage and retention
Data is stored in a managed database with encrypted connections and encryption at rest.
We keep your records until you delete them or ask us to delete your account. Deleting a record removes it immediately.
Your rights
You can export your contacts at any time from the records page, delete individual records, remove your AI key from settings, or request full deletion of your account and its data.
To make a request, write to info@inmation.ai.
